Representatives of trade unions are dissatisfied with their contracts on project implementation, state of the agricultural institutes, not signing the Special Collective Agreement in science. Contracts for the implementation of projects by the Ministry of Science offered institutes, violated the Labor Law, Law on Scientific Research, and act on selection, evaluation and project finance, said yesterday at a press conference Đurđica Jovovich, senior scientist and president of the Union Employees in Scientific Research.

- Last year they put out two scientific institutes in the field of agriculture, in Nis and Gucci, while the other is in Zajecar in bankruptcy. Employees from Nis and Guce remained on the street, while those in Zajecar not received salaries 20 - said Jovovic.

Union representatives pointed out to request the earnings are equal to those received by professors at the university.

The Ministry of Science say they have agreement on financing projects for the period from 2011. 2014. , clearly defined means for the work of researchers on the accepted projects. They say they will talk with representatives of ministries and project managers to analyze the required funds. They deny that the employees at the institutes have lower salaries than their colleagues in colleges and say the 2008th year, wages increased by 30 percent and then the equal benefits, while the payment of past work, the employer or institute.

"Spending on science in 2011. year were 23 percent higher than the budget allocation in 2010. year ", says the line ministry.

As for the scientific institutions in Zajecar, Nis and Guce, the Ministry of Science suggest that this is not scientific institutes, because they lack a sufficient number of scientific personnel required for accreditation, but are registered under the Law on innovation.
